▪︎ Shipping took a bit longer than the estimated delivery date, and it turns out their US location was sold out—the batch I received came from overseas. A heads-up about this would have been appreciated.
▪︎ The quality of the discs is okay. Some had residue or scratches, but after polishing and wiping, some imperfections were removed while others remained. Despite this, all DVDs work, although there’s a slight thumping sound when initially inserting them in the dvd player.
▪︎ The seller was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out.
▪︎ Overall, I would recommend this seller. I’d also suggest that they notify customers when there are changes or delays—everyone understands that times are unpredictable, but a quick alert goes a long way.
